For Our Funders

Asian Human Services (AHS) began in 1978 to serve the influx of refugees from Southeast Asia in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. From those modest beginnings, our organization has grown into one of the region’s largest and most comprehensive immigrant-centered organizations. With the support of grants and other outside funding, our services have directly improved lives across Chicago. Last year, our programs and services directly helped more than 30,000 people from more than 55 countries. One person at a time, AHS helps all we serve become “healthy, educated and employed.”

Thank you to our Funders!
